Natural sunlight ensures an open and bright ambience, as all units are oriented both to the north and to the south – which means that the wonderful all-round view of the many four-thousand-meter peaks is available directly from the sofa or breakfast table. As soon as you buy one of our apartments in Saas-Fee, you can completely furnish it as you wish. All units have spacious rooms.

Functionality and furnishing

The modern apartments for sale at Residence du Glacier have enough space for various design solutions. You can choose between apartments with 3 to 4 bedrooms.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom, while a second bathroom is available for the children and guests.

The centerpiece and perhaps the most popular meeting place for the whole family in your apartment at Residence du Glacier is the beautiful open kitchen, which leads directly into the living area.

The maisonette apartments have a sauna as standard, while the maisonette apartments also have an integrated wellness area.

The terraces or balconies are ideal for enjoying a cozy afternoon in the sun or a relaxing evening with the whole family under the open sky.

Floors and sizes

The Residence du Glacier offers space for apartments, maisonette apartments and terrace apartments on seven floors of various sizes.

In the lower area there are four apartments with access to their private terraces.

The size of the apartments is: 128.40 m², 153.02 m², 194.90 m² and 130.18 m².

In this area, on floor -2, there is also an souterrain apartment with a size of 420.71 m², while on floor -1 there is a large supermarket and a seating area with ski depots.

On floors 1 to 3 there are four apartments on each floor, with a room area of 130.07 m², 126.91 m², 117.91 m² or 154.31 m².

The 4th floor will have the best views. Three of these apartments will be maisonette-style.

The respective sizes are: maisonette apartment: 161.10 m², maisonette apartment: 235.89 m², maisonette apartment: 200.77 m² and 144.88 m².
